Database Coordinator

Specific Responsibilities

Data Management

  • Ensures data is accurately entered into CRM and salesforce.com databases
  • Creates mailing and email lists
  • Runs regular reports, including registration, donations, membership and financil
  • Tests system changes
  • Supplies information for our online resources

Donor Relations

  • Maintains donor confidence
  • Supports donor and membership campaigns

Program Registration

  • inputs program data into event and registration templates
  • Manages registration through email and phone correspondence

Compensation - competitive salary and benefit package offered based on experience level.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Familiarity with fundraising/registration databases or CRM systems
  • Strong interest in and commitment to promoting the goals of organic and sustainable farming
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Non-profit or fundraising experience helpful
  • Valid driver's license required
