This person is responsible for the management of the Raiser's Edge Development data base, including gift entry, acknowledgements, biographical updates, tracking realtionships with stakeholders and reporting and monitoring progress.

Prepares monthly reporting to the Accounting Department on gifts, receipts, pledges and special confributions. Ensures reports are accurate.

This person reports to the Senior Director of Development, but is expected to provide support for the department, and respond to requests for information from members of the Development department and the Foundation Board.

This person is responsible for all gift deposits, along with accurate and timely entry and processing of all gifts received by the Development Department which includes the Arnot Health Foundation, St. Joseph's Hospital and Children's Miracle Network.

Provides a high-level of customer service to patients, donors, prospective supporters, volunteers, and staff.

Assists in scheduling appointments and meetings on behalf of the Development Department and Children's Miracle Network.

Provides general office support, answering phones, ordering office supplies, assisting Development Department staff with projects, including events.

Education: Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years office experience. Knowledge of Raiser's Edge a plus. Must be comptent in Microsoft Office Products.
